We are just one day away from the beginning of the "12 Best Days Of Summer" in Western New York.

The Erie County Fair is back on Wednesday for opening day and will go right through August 20th.

WHAT IS THE ERIE COUNTY FAIR?

The Erie County Fair is held every summer at the Hamburg Fairgrounds and is the 2nd largest fair in New York State, behind the New York State Fair which happens later in August.

WHERE IS THE ERIE COUNTY FAIR HELD?

Since the late 1800s, the Erie County Fair has been held at in the town of Hamburg. Currently, the fair is held at the Hamburg Fairgrounds located at 5600 McKinley Pkwy.

WHAT TIME IS THE ERIE COUNTY FAIR OPEN?

The Erie County Fair runs from August 9th until August 20th. Gates will open at 11 am each day along with the buildings and grounds. The midway opens at Noon.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS TO THE ERIE COUNTY FAIR?

Tickets are cheaper if you buy them online before heading to the fair. Tickets for adults 13 & over are $17.00 online or $20.00 at the gate. Kids 12 & under get in for free. If you plan on buying tickets at the gate just know you will have to use a credit or debit card. No cash sales will be available at the gate.
