If you have to go before a judge in a bond hearing, it couldn't hurt if you were middle school classmates together. This is the case when Judge Mindy Glazer presided over a hearing for Arthur Booth in a Miami courtroom.

Arthur was clearly emotional, repeating, “Oh my goodness,” over and over when he also made the school day connection.

Judge Glazer said:

"I’m sorry to see you here. I always wondered what happened to you,” Glazer said as Booth continued to cry. "This is the nicest kid in middle school. He was the best kid in middle school and look what has happened.”

Let's hope this moment of seeing how different two lives can be will help Arthur in his future.
