The long-range forecast calls for temperatures to be above normal for March, April and May, according to WKBW.
The El Nino/Southern Oscillation is the best indicator for a long-range forecast and the ENSO right now is neutral and will persist for several weeks, which would lead to above-average temperatures for Western New York.
I think I speak for most in the region that we are so ready for the warmer weather.
