Work Out

Laura Daniels and I were at Buffalo on Tap this past weekend. While we were there we saw Erica, an ariel dancer preforming. Laura then proceeded to tell me she also can do the same moves, and this is how she stays in shape! Watch her try to name all the positions in the video above...

Boy do I feel terrible today. I've often joked, "Why work out all the time when one day you could get run over by a bus or hit by a train?" Well that's what just happened to Bravo TV ‘Work Out’ star Greg Plitt. Sadly, he was killed Saturday by a train in Burbank California. Greg Plitt was only 37 years old.
