A representative for Tracy Morgan has come out to say that the former 'SNL' and '30 Rock' comedian did not have his leg amputated, contrary to rumors that have been spread on the Internet. Morgan was seriously injured as a result of a limo bus crash Saturday morning.

Morgan's publicist told the New York Daily News, "Rumors about amputating his leg are completely fabricated. Tracy had surgery on his broken leg."

The 45-year-old actor, who was in the ICU and listed in critical condition, still remains in the hospital in "critical but stable" condition, his publicist stated.

Meanwhile, it's been revealed that the truck driver responsible for the six-vehicle accident, Kevin Roper, had not slept in over 24 hours prior to the accident. Roper, a Walmart employee, was driving the tractor-trailer when it swerved and hit Morgan's limo bus, causing a chain reaction accident which led to Morgan's limo bus flipping over and injuring the actor.
