UB Officials Say Alleged Assault on Student is False

This past Monday a student of University at Buffalo made a claim that she was assaulted while on campus! She said that on February 6th "two black males assaulted her near the Millard Fillmore Academic Center".

According to WGRZ UB officials say that claim is false. After investigators could not find any evidence to support the students claim, she admitted to her story being false.  The case has now been passed on to the Erie County Distract Attorney.
